Sonji Young is one of today's executive leaders championing belonging, purpose and impact. Sonji's more than 16 years of experience equipped her to successfully lead strategy for notable Fortune 500 companies, including the United States' largest semiconductor, Intel Corporation.

 

Having cultivated a career that spans across industries such as tech, healthcare, insurance and government, Sonji has uniquely shaped the culture of each organization in which she has made a meaningful impact. As an experienced C-Suite executive, Sonji brings passion and empathy to the environments and teams she has been fortunate to lead. As an avid philanthropist at heart, she serves as a volunteer and voice for a number of important causes including efforts to increase women in technology, youth development and health equity. Outside of her work, Sonji is the Founder of About Her Business, a podcast and networking community of women entrepreneurs across the United States. Young also uses her passion for public speaking and leadership development to impart inspiration in a digital learning series called The Wisdom Within.
